How do I sign in?
With Sign in with Apple, on the first screen. There's no password to remember.
A swing says it's still being analysed.
Analysis takes about a minute once the video has uploaded. The video uploads when the phone is online, so if you recorded somewhere without signal, open the app again once you're back on Wi-Fi or mobile data.
How do I get the best measurements?
Film face-on or down-the-line with the phone still, at hip height, with the whole golfer and club in the frame. The app checks the framing before you record. The numbers come from a single phone video, so treat them as a guide.
Can I use a video from somewhere else?
Yes. In a lesson, tap "Import a video from Files", then trim it to the swing.
How do I send a voice-over to a student?
Open a swing, tap ⋯ then "Record a breakdown". Talk through the swing as you play, pause and draw, then tap stop and "Send to the student".
How do I send a lesson report?
In the lesson, tap "Write the lesson report". Check and edit the draft, then send the PDF. Nothing goes to a student until you've reviewed it.
How do I delete a student, or my account?
Delete a student from their page; their lessons and swings go too. To delete your account and everything in it, go to Profile → Delete account.
Is my students' data private?
Yes. Only you can see it, and students see only what you send them. Read the privacy policy.
